Day 01
Munnar
The tour begins from Cochin. In Afternoon, begin a peaceful trip by road to Munnar. Have a glimpse of the major tourist attractions on the way while traveling to Munnar. You will be exploring Kodanadu elephant care centre, Cheyyara waterfalls, Valara waterfalls, Attukadu waterfalls and Spice plantations.
Visit more places of tourist interest in Munnar. Overnight stay will be in Munnar.
Day 02
Munnar sightseeing
Morning breakfast at the hotel. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes a visit to Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty dam, Tea estates, Eco point, Spice Plantations, Rose Garden, Photo point, Tea Museum and Blossom Park. You can also go for boating in the Lake, rock climbing and trekking (optional).
Overnight stay will be at hotel in Munnar.
Day 03
Thekkady / Periyar
Morning breakfast at the hotel. Local sightseeing in Thekkady includes Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (a great hub for wildlife lovers) where you can see wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and species of animals. Explore Mullaperiyar dam and spice plantations; you can also buy variety of species here.
Overnight stay will be in Thekkady.
Day 04
Thekkady sightseeing
Morning breakfast at the hotel, followed by a boat cruise in the lake. Enjoy boat cruise in the lake and experience the wilderness, watch martial arts of Kerala, kathakali dance, elephant ride, bamboo rafting, jeep safari, natural walk, jungle patrol, trekking and can go for ayurveda massages (optional).
Overnight stay will be in hotel at Thekkady.
Day 05
Alleppey
Morning breakfast at the hotel. Leave for Alleppey by road. Enjoy the mesmerizing backwaters near Alleppey. Enjoy the classical backwaters, scenery and wonderful places in the state along with a memorable stay in the houseboats of Kerala. Enjoy drinks, tea snacks, mineral water, lunch, dinner and breakfast in the houseboat.
Overnight stay will be in houseboat.
Day 06
Kovalam
Morning breakfast at the hotel, further visit the local attractions like Light house beach, Howah Beach, Ashoka Beach. The beaches at Kovalam offer a pleasant time under Coconut palm trees adjoining the golden beaches.
Overnight stay will be in hotel at Kovalam.
Day 07
Trivandrum / Kovalam
Morning breakfast at the hotel. You can opt for a local sightseeing tour of Trivandrum city or spend quality time at Kovalam beach till the evening. Local Sightseeing in Trivandrum includes a visit to Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Kuthiramalika Palace, Napier Museum, Sree Chithra Art Gallery, Science and Technology Museum and Zoological Park.
Overnight stay will be in Kovalam.
Day 08
Trivandrum
For Trivandrum drop, you will be exploring more tourist places in Trivandrum. For Cochin drop, you will be exploring more places of tourist interest like Fort Cochin, Navy Museum, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Net, Santa Clause Basilica, Mattancherry Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Marian Drive, Marine Walk Way and Boating. You can also go for shopping in Cochin. ( Delete the content marked in red colour)
